loreD is a small, senior-led digital agency based in Kuthuparamba, Kannur. We work across branding, web engineering, digital marketing, and infrastructure — not as separate departments, but as a connected practice. When you work here, you see how all of these layers connect. That cross-disciplinary exposure is not a perk — it is how we work.

We are not a large agency with a production floor. We are a small team where the quality of the work matters more than the volume of output. A few things worth knowing before you apply
Senior-led, not senior-delegated
The founding team is involved in every engagement. You will work alongside practitioners with 23 and 22+ years of experience respectively — not receive a brief from someone who received a brief from someone who met the client.
Real client work from day one
We do not have internal training programmes or sandbox projects. You work on live client engagements from the start. The learning curve is steeper — and the growth is faster.
Cross-disciplinary exposure
A designer at loreD understands how the brand system they create gets implemented in WordPress. A developer understands the UX rationale behind the layouts they build. A marketer understands the infrastructure that tracks the campaigns they run. This is not accidental — it is how we structure the work.
You might design a brand identity, see it implemented on a website, and then watch how it performs in a live campaign — all within the same engagement.
Kerala and GCC market context
Our work spans Kerala and GCC markets — including bilingual content, Arabic-ready design, and region-specific marketing requirements. This exposure is rare for a Kuthuparamba-based role.

Full-time · Kuthuparamba, Kannur
We are looking for a developer who cares about implementation craft — someone who reads a design and asks the right questions before writing a line of code. You will build websites and web applications in WordPress and Elementor for clients across Kerala and the GCC, with responsibility for performance, Core Web Vitals, and accurate design implementation.
We are looking for 2+ years of WordPress development. Proficiency with Elementor and custom theme/plugin work. Understanding of performance optimisation and SEO-friendly implementation. Ability to implement design specifications accurately and raise technical questions early.
Full-time · Kuthuparamba, Kannur
We are looking for a marketer who thinks in systems, not posts — someone who understands that a Meta campaign and an Instagram feed are part of the same brand story. You will manage organic social media and paid performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for clients across Kerala and the GCC, with ownership of strategy, creative briefing, and reporting.
We are looking for: 2+ years managing social media and paid campaigns for business clients. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Ability to write clear creative briefs, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
Full-time · Kuthuparamba, Kannur
We are looking for an SEO practitioner who understands that search performance is a product of technical quality, content strategy, and authority working together — not a keyword list applied to existing content. You will work on on-page and technical SEO across client websites, supporting content strategy and working closely with the development team on implementation.
We are looking for: 2+ years of SEO experience with demonstrable results. Proficiency with SEMrush or equivalent. Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and on-page optimisation. Ability to write SEO briefs for content teams and work with developers on technical fixes.
Full-time · Kuthuparamba, Kannur
We are looking for a senior designer who thinks in systems, not executions — someone who can define a visual language and apply it consistently across brand, digital, and print. You will work on brand identity projects, ongoing creative design, and UI/UX work. This is a senior role: you will be expected to make design decisions, not wait for them.
We are looking for: 4+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showing brand identity work, not just execution. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Understanding of how design decisions translate to digital and print production. Ability to work independently and brief others.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Producer with 1+ year of experience in video production, editing, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling and capable of creating engaging video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

    If you are a strong designer, developer, or digital marketer based in Kannur — or willing to relocate — and you do not see a current opening that fits, we accept general applications on a rolling basis.
    We are not looking for volume applications — we are looking for thoughtful ones.

    Based in Kuthuparamba, Kannur

    All roles are full-time and office-based at our office in Kuthuparamba, Kannur. We are not currently offering remote positions.

    We chose to build loreD in Kannur deliberately — not as a compromise, but as a base for focused, high-quality work. Kuthuparamba offers the quality of life that larger cities trade away for scale. For practitioners currently working in Bangalore, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi, the combination of meaningful work, direct mentorship, and the pace of Kannur is worth considering seriously.
